we eat a lot here

So, who knew going out to eat was only for extremely wealthy people in Florence? For some reason I had this vision of going to five course meals, each course paired with the perfect wine by none other than the restaurant's very own sommelier. Well not that extreme, but something along those lines. As it turns out cooking with fresh meats, cheeses, and vegetables can be even more enjoyable than the first option. 

Here's an irrelevant question: If anyone who reads this knows how to upload pictures to a blog without having to majorlyyyy reduce the quality of the picture would you mind helping me out? An e-mail would be exceptional.
